General Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the 7u7f platform and its users. When you create an account on 7u7f or use any service on the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Grounds for Ineligibility

• A single person holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all related accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled.
• Operating an account using automated software, bots or artificial means is prohibited.

Account Management

3.1 Registration & Verification

Each user may create only one account. Correct name, date of birth and contact details must be provided at registration. 7u7f may request documentation for identity verification when necessary.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through support. 7u7f reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons: breach of terms, fraud, money laundering or misuse of the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 7u7f is ৳300. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank). No other deposit methods are accepted.

Deposits must be made in the local currency (Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the payment method used must be registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for a request is 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, 7u7f may request additional documentation to verify identity. This is necessary for the platform's security and fraud prevention. Failure to submit the required documents may delay the withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before wagering requirements are fully met.
• A bonus may not apply to certain games or promotions — the terms of each offer must be checked individually.
• 7u7f reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 7u7f VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tiers are advanced through regular play, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP benefits may be changed at 7u7f's sole discretion. Cashback is added to the account regularly and wagering requirements apply.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 7u7f platform follow fair play principles. The outcome of every game is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No player or 7u7f staff member may predetermine a result.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots or automated software is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to obtain bonuses or rewards is prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform for an advantage is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
• Fraudulently manipulating or hacking game results.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is disrupted due to a technical problem or disconnection, 7u7f will endeavour to provide a fair resolution. However, 7u7f is not responsible for issues caused by internet connection problems.

Responsible Gaming

7u7f takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be the cause of financial hardship.

• Players may set limits (daily deposit limit, loss limit).

7u7f actively works to prevent fraud and money laundering. If suspicious activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and applicable legal action will be taken.

Changes to Terms & Termination

7u7f reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified through the platform in the event of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken to mean that the new terms have been accepted.

If any part of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms have been drawn up in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law in Bangladesh.
